3rd Annual Durham Pet Fair Willy Award

Congratulations to All The Kings Horses Equine Rescue for winning the 3rd Annual 'Willy Award'. This award was the result of the many generous contributions from all exhibitors and attendees participating in the Durham Pet Fair held on May 15th, 2011 at the Coginchaug Regional High School. To apply for the award, Shelters and Rescues were asked to write a short essay explaining how the monetary donation would be best utilized at their facility if awarded. We applaud all of the participating organizations and extend special congratulations to All The Kings Horses Equine Rescue who won $2,500.00 for first place. Second place was awarded to Small Paws Rescue who collected $750.00 and a $500.00 third place prize was granted to the Water and Webs Waterbird Rehabilitation Centre. Many thanks to all who had entered this contest.
